Capitan Antonin is an elegant apartment, a few steps from campo de la Bragora, divided into two distinct housing units: Suite and Studio.
For those who need it, Suite and Studio can be rented together.
On the first floor of a quiet Venetian building with only 3 residential units, it is the ideal starting point to discover the city while feeling like a true Venetian.
Is your aim to discover Venice? This is the place for you. A lovely double bedroom, very bright and quiet, with its private bathroom with shower.
A small space but very functional: TV, fridge, Internet and tea kettle are at your disposal.

The name Salizada is given to the widest streets, such as those which were the first to be paved.
The Salizada Sant’Antonin and the nearby Salizada Del Pignater were in fact created in 1805 by silting the Rio de Sant’Antonin. The Rio de Sant’Antonin or dei Corazzeri started from the Rio de la Pietà and with a sinuous path, from west to east, flowed into the Rio de San Martin.
Once the availability of the apartment has been confirmed, a 30% deposit is required to be sent via bank transfer to the coordinates that will be communicated to you.
The balance can be paid upon arrival in cash or by bank transfer.
The rental price does not include the tourist tax which will only be paid in cash upon arrival.
CHECK IN: from 3pm. It is not possible to enter the apartment before this time. If you need to arrive earlier, we will be happy to find a solution for your luggage
CHECK OUT: at 10 am. The apartment must be vacated by 10 am at the latest. Any delays not agreed with the staff will result in penalties.
