Ca’ Penini offers a large and bright living room with open kitchen, fully equipped.
The space is completed by a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

What are “penises”? They are boiled lamb or mutton feet.
Giuseppe Tassini in “Venetian Curiosities or Origins of the street names of Venice”, reported: “On this foundation, which was subject to the parish of San Giovanni in Bragora, there was a shop selling “panini” (boiled feet of lamb or mutton) . Not far away, in the parish of San Martino, we have a bridge and another Fondamenta dei Penini, which for the same reason were originally called this way.
Once the availability of the apartment has been confirmed, a 30% deposit is required to be sent via bank transfer to the coordinates that will be communicated to you.
The balance can be paid upon arrival in cash or by bank transfer.
The rental price does not include the tourist tax which will only be paid in cash upon arrival.
CHECK IN: from 3pm. It is not possible to enter the apartment before this time. If you need to arrive earlier, we will be happy to find a solution for your luggage
CHECK OUT: at 10 am. The apartment must be vacated by 10 am at the latest. Any delays not agreed with the staff will result in penalties.
