Terms and Conditions

Check-in: starting from 2 p.m. (14:00)It is possible to arrive early
at the B&B upon request and room availability.
 
Check-out: at 10.30 am
 
Breakfast: from 9 am to 10 amPossible extra times must previously be agreed upon.Customers are advised to inform the staff of any food allergies.
 
Cleaning: starting from 10:15 am
 
Bed sheets and towels: for protracted stays, the change of bed linen and bath towels will take place every three days, except for particular needs.
 
Animals: non admitted
 
It is strictly forbidden:
 
  • to smoke
  • to prepare or eat meals in the room (hygienic rules)

 

Each bedroom can accomodate maximum 2 persons (children included). There is no capacity for extra beds.
Terms and conditions
 
It is possible to make a reservation by sending an email to info@alpozzodilucevenezia.com or by dialling 
+39 342 9575981. Remember to specify your:
 
  • name and surname
  • phone number
  • date of arrival and departure
  • number of people
 
At the time of reservation you will be requested to pay a deposit amounting to 30% of the total; this amount will be paid in by bank transfer or credit card.
 
Payment
 
Settlement will be paid at the B&B:
 
  • by cash
  • by credit cardCredit card accepted: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron
 
To welcome you at the best possible conditions, please let us know your arrival time and means of transport in Venice to provide you all information to get tot he B&B.
 
Cancellation policy
 
14 days prior to your arrival: no charges.From 13 to 7 days before arrival: 60% of the deposit charged.
 
7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the deposit charges.
 
In all other circumstances (cancellation without notice, no show or advanced departure) the entire amount of the stay will be debited.
