Ca Nele is an intimate and refined 60 m2 apartment, located in the Castello district, able to accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment has been recently restored in its entirety to offer a modern, comfortable space with attention to the smallest details: exposed beams, parquet, LED lights… a mix of design, elegance and practicality that will make your stay more pleasant.
On the 3rd floor of a calm and typical Venetian building, Ca Nele is made up of:
Bright entrance, kitchenette, 2 large, finely furnished double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is inside one of the two bedrooms.
Furthermore, Ca’ Nele offers: internet connection with Fiber, TV in every room, washing machine, air conditioning / heating, induction cooker.
Given its strategic position, Ca’ Nele is the ideal point to set off to discover Venice: the main attractions are easily reachable on foot or by vaporetto in a very short time. A pleasant walk will take you to the splendid St Mark Sqaure or, if you want to discover a less touristy Venice, the Arsenal and the Gardens, which host the art and architecture Biennials from May to November, await you less than 10 minutes’ walk away. Vaporetto line 1 will easily take you to the Lido or comfortably cross the entire Grand Canal.
It is also possible to immerse yourself in real neighborhood life thanks to the various shops nearby (bakery, greengrocer, bars, supermarkets) and excellent restaurants where you can taste the exquisite Venetian cuisine.

At the time of the Serenissima, the Pestrineri were the artisans who worked and sold milk and its derivatives.
In 1773 in Venice there were 29 shops and 9 closed places; for this reason many streets of the city took the name of Pestrin.
The artisans of the sector were part of one of the “Schole picole de Arti e Mistieri” dedicated to the “Art of the Pestrineri”: the School of Saints Giuseppe and Mattio.
Once the availability of the apartment has been confirmed, a 30% deposit is required to be sent via bank transfer to the coordinates that will be communicated to you.
The balance can be paid upon arrival in cash or by bank transfer.
The rental price does not include the tourist tax which will only be paid in cash upon arrival.
CHECK IN: from 3pm. It is not possible to enter the apartment before this time. If you need to arrive earlier, we will be happy to find a solution for your luggage
CHECK OUT: at 10 am. The apartment must be vacated by 10 am at the latest. Any delays not agreed with the staff will result in penalties.
