Ca’ dell’Ombra Felice is an intimate 60m2 apartment that can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. It is located on the ground floor of a traditional 17th century Venetian building, in the heart of Castello (Campo do Pozzi), a short distance from the Arsenale and Ospedale stops.
Inside you will find a large entrance hall with living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom with a romantic view of the canal.
There is wi-fi connection, independent heating, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine. The strong points of this apartment?

Campo do Pozzi… but there is only one well!
Yes, but in the famous view of the city engraved by Jacopo de Barbari in 1500, two well rings are clearly depicted inside the campo do wells, which however in a later period were merged into a single large cistern, deeper and larger .
The well ring we have today is engraved with a bas-relief which reproduces the two well rings that existed in ancient times.
Once the availability of the apartment has been confirmed, a 30% deposit is required to be sent via bank transfer to the coordinates that will be communicated to you.
The balance can be paid upon arrival in cash or by bank transfer.
The rental price does not include the tourist tax which will only be paid in cash upon arrival.
CHECK IN: from 3pm. It is not possible to enter the apartment before this time. If you need to arrive earlier, we will be happy to find a solution for your luggage
CHECK OUT: at 10 am. The apartment must be vacated by 10 am at the latest. Any delays not agreed with the staff will result in penalties.
